I'm sure this has been reported before. My queued builds did not get actioned when the other builds had finished. I tried the old refreshing game but it didn't work, I had to cancel them and start again. It's a good job I have no life and can sit and do this stuff.
There is a bit of a delay. They do not automatically build. I am not sure of the exact time it takes. But they should in few minutes at most go ahead and build, unless you do not meet some sorta building level requirement, resources, or something.

I did wait a while, and when I cancelled and did it myself, they started building so I had the resources...
Hi,
The building queu is really for building whilst being offline really.
There is a maximum delay of about 20 minutes.
I'll take a look if I can do something against the delay when being online.
