This idea is mainly geared toward the speed server but with some changes could be applied to all the servers.
The Idea is that after 3 days inactivity a village is then considered inactive and the honor rules no longer apply to that village.
This would make farming inactive villages a viable option for larger players and may give a little breathing room to the mid sized players who are currently under constant attack.
Yea, I've already discussed this last year, back then we decided not to do this. But we can discuss this again.
I personally don't have a problem with this.
3 days may be a little bit too much, maybe 5 days for speed server and 1 week for stable.
i think this will cause even more players to start using the v-mode to stop getting attacked...
I think the 30 day idea was good. 30 days, you know they aren't coming back, and the people around them will have had plenty of time to figure that out before honor is dropped.

If the honor drop formula is removed from those villages, should also the amount of runes you win with the attack calculation be changed?
Otherwise the bigger players won't benefit.
Also, one more thought if a player has activated vmode for more then 2 months, can they come out of vacay and have the same status as inactive villages?

I would say if they are 'offline' for more than 30 days to drop vacay and put them in the same boat. Some people may have had life intervene and they really can't get in for awhile, but as long as they are logging in periodically they have some intent of playing.
I wouldn't completely do away with the honor drop formula. I don't think that it should just be a "free walk in and grab what you want" kind of a deal. I would chop the honor loss in half - or widen the honor window by 50%.
Villages are eligible for deletion any time after 45 days inactivity. I would make people wait the full 45 days. Then it becomes a mad dash to try to recover/salvage runes before the server wipes that village.

Sounds good to me. Just as long as there is something done. I kind of like the idea of the mad dash. 
30 days is good for me, but if the majority chooses 40 i'm also happy 
but also for v-mode then
