Onderwerp: Honour revenge: clan or player

There seems to be a little miscommunication about the "revenge rule". This rule allows you to attack a village with lower networth when he attacks you, without losing honour.

This is the situation:

At speed: when you are attacked, you can freely attack the attacker for 24 hours, without losing honour. This rule only applies to you; your clan members are not affected.

At stable this rule goes for every player in your clan. That means your whole clan can take revenge on that evil attacker.

I think honor retaliation should be limited to the attacked player only as it is implemented on Speed.

Not sure what it is worth, but the whole clan can do it in beta too wink

I dunno, it can go either way for me.  If it were 1v1 I would say the attacked player only would be fine, but if multiple players are targeting one player, well then multiple players should be able to respond.

I have a 1130 village in beta, I was attacked by a 1700 village, and I attacked back.  Now a 30 K village has attacked me.  Seems a bit broken over in beta smile

I believe that honor retaliations should be limited to the 2 attacked players, like on Speed, and not the rest of the clan.

I wonder what you did to that 30k player to make them want to attack you.


I think the 1v1 it should be kept 1v1 honor wise,

but if its 30v1 and the clan can do nothing but support, well that one player is pinned down militarily.

Um, I didn't attack the 30 K player.  I retaliated an attack made by a 1700 value on my 1130 and drew runes.  It is obvious that the retaliation rule was fixed for Speed, and not for beta.  Daed, can you fix this please?  I know you're swamped with stuff but whenever you can would be appreciated

Both beta and speed are at v0.2055 right now.  They are the same thing.

Right now perhaps yes.  Was it yesterday?  Otherwise, how could a 30 k village attack my 1200 village and not lose honor?

Both speed and beta are always the same version.  Your issue may need to go into bug reports.  If you are correct, then the clan honor mechanism may be faulty.  Can anyone confirm that the speed or beta mechanism is working properly?

I think beta usually predates speed, but that still would not be the cause of the problem.  If the two are the same version, and it is not working correctly on beta there is a good chance it is not working well on speed and could be a bug.
