What kind of a stupid question is this? "Whats the diference???".  Playing with multiple accounts is cheating, pure and simple. If it would be allowed to have multies, a normal player would make maybe 2 or 3 more accounts, but there are a bunch of "un-normal" players around that would make 50 accounts, how in the world could you have any chance against such thing?
Anyway, rules need to be obeyed and not disscused.
As far as i know you CAN have as many accounts as you want on the beta server, why dont you do that there? See how that would turn out?

For example pushing a bunch of runes/resources to the same connection account.
